While there are already special conferences for theme parks, museums and zoos, the Brand Experience Centers still lacked an event to exchange experiences and meet each other. This while there are hundreds of Brand Experience Centers worldwide. The Brand Experience Center Conference wants to fill this gap. The first event is planned for 28/29 January in the Belgium Beer World in Brussels.

Brand Experience Centers carve out a unique niche in the world of immersive storytelling. Unlike traditional museums or commercial attractions, these centers are all about a brand or product. They can serve multiple purposes, sometimes as consumer engagement centers, other times as B2B hubs or even as educational centers. But they all have one thing in common: Brand Experience Centers use physical spaces to tell a brand’s story in an engaging and interactive way.
This versatility creates a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Brand Experience Centers have different KPIs than other museums and attractions. In addition, being part of a larger commercial organization brings unique considerations. Enough material for a conference of its own.

To ensure a programme of exceptional quality, the conference is overseen by an Advisory Board of five leading executives from Brand Centres across Europe. The programme is aimed at a wide range of Brand Experience Centres, with sessions dedicated to large and small centres, B2B and B2C orientations.
“The dream of a Brand Experience Conference had been bubbling in my head for over ten years,” says organizer Bart Dohmen, “but it didn’t happen back then because it clashed with my activities at a design studio where I worked. Now, as an independent entrepreneur, I decided to make this dream a reality. The overwhelmingly positive reactions I received when I initially tested the idea within my network were truly fantastic. Before I knew it, we had an advisory board and sponsors on board, meaning turning back was no longer an option. Over the past few weeks, we have worked hard with this team to shape the conference, and we are therefore proud to announce it now.”
The conference will feature two keynote speakers: Christian Lachel from BRC Imagination Arts from the USA and Prof. Perry Hobson from Breda University of Applied Sciences. Other confirmed names are Stephanie Schaub from Chocoversum Hamburg, Krishan Maudgal from Belgium Beer World, Catherine Toolan (Managing Director Diageo Irish Brand Homes & Guinness Store House), Laura Siveo Pavat (head of gobal brand homes Pernod Ricard) and Kathrine Kirk Muff (Managing Director LEGO House). The list of speakers will be updated in the coming months towards the event. This tailor-made event is specifically designed for Brand Experience Centers, Brand Homes, Factory Tours and any other location that creates unique stories.
