Booking.com, together with HotelTechReport.com, is launching the AI Tech Stack Advisor. The tool, developed by HotelTechReport.com, is designed to provide hoteliers with tailored guidance and high-quality technology solutions to optimize their digital transformation and drive growth.
The AI Tech Stack Advisor uses GenAI to deliver personalized ratings based on the hotel’s current technology infrastructure and specific characteristics. The system draws on HotelTechReport’s extensive ratings database to identify the technologies and tools that can have the greatest impact on business performance – from channel managers and financial tools to upsell solutions and CRM tools.
Hoteliers can connect directly with potential suppliers, enabling them to make faster and more informed decisions. For Booking.com’s connectivity partners, the tool opens the door to an extensive network of hotels that are just starting to use hospitality technology or that need support to take their technology solutions to the next level.
In addition to highlighting useful technologies and identifying potential areas for improvement, the tool provides hotels with a ‘Digital Transformation Score’. This score allows for a benchmark comparison with a potential set of competitors and also allows users to track their performance and the progress of their digital transformation.
