Mikael Andersson, who has served as CEO of Landal since May 2024, is stepping down effective immediately. Andersson previously served as CCO at Landal for almost five years. His duties will be temporarily assumed by Martijn Bouquet, Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer. Inquiries reveal that the termination of his employment contract was Andersson's own initiative.

Due to the rather sudden departure, there will be no handover of the role. Martijn Bouquet will receive support from the broader Executive Team in fulfilling his CEO responsibilities. The search for a successor has already begun.

Mikael Andersson joined Landal in 2019 and played a key role in the company's transformation and growth. He successfully led the integration of Roompot and Landal GreenParks, bringing both organizations together under the Landal brand, a single commercial platform, and a single operating model. He also established Landal's international headquarters in Amsterdam and strengthened the company's position as the clear market leader in the Netherlands.
It was an honor to lead Landal during a defining moment in the company's history.
