On 19 and 20 October, Flanders Expo Ghent will host the annual autumn tradition for future second home owners with the Second Home Expo. With more than 90 exhibitors from over 20 countries, this fair offers an excellent opportunity to delve into domestic and foreign real estate. Since this year, there is a brand new addition that attracts attention: the Belgian Pavilion, an initiative of 2HB and the fair organization.
The Belgian Pavilion is a milestone in the history of the Second Home Expo. For the first time, visitors can immerse themselves in the diversity of Belgian second homes, directly on the exhibition floor. This innovative concept is the result of a fruitful collaboration between 2HB, a leading online platform for second homes in Belgium and the organisers of Second Home Expo.
2HB, a Limburg company active since 2016, is known for its tailor-made promotion of real estate projects and independent advice. The Belgian Pavilion reflects their vision to offer Belgian second homes a central stage where potential buyers and investors can discover them.
The offering in the Belgian Pavilion is diverse and extensive, with projects from the coast to the Ardennes, from Limburg to the Kempen, and even investment opportunities in Brussels. This unique mix reflects the diversity of the Belgian real estate landscape and offers visitors a wide range of options to explore.
The Belgian Pavilion is expected to become a permanent fixture at the Second Home Expo in Ghent. The interest of potential participants is already high and the Belgian pavilion will be larger than at the spring edition.
