Dormio Group and Landal have jointly reached a solution following legal proceedings regarding the handling of the acquisition of a number of holiday parks. Part of the agreement is that the parties have reached an appropriate arrangement concerning the efforts and investments in the marketing of Dormio and Summio over the past years.

Dormio and Landal have agreed that Landal, as a tour operator, will actively support the parks acquired by Dormio and Summio until the end of 2027. Through these marketing efforts, the acquired parks will receive extra attention under the Dormio and Summio labels until the end of 2027.
Both parties have made clear agreements regarding transparency and consultation concerning these supporting marketing activities, whereby Dormio and Summio are, of course, and remain, fully independently responsible for the commercial policy.
Dormio and Landal look forward to a constructive collaboration aimed at optimal support for the parks acquired by Dormio Group in 2023.
