During the summer holidays, from June 29 to August 24, 2026, Arriva will operate a special bus service to Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. This makes it very easy for visitors to the holiday parks and travelers from Ommen and Nijverdal stations to get to the Adventure Park.
Together with the Province of Overijssel, the municipalities of Nijverdal and Ommen, holiday parks in the region, and Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, Arriva hereby ensures a welcoming and sustainable travel option.
With these direct bus connections, Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is accessible to both tourists and day-trippers. Visitors need not worry about traffic or parking and can start their day out in a relaxed manner. Two dedicated bus lines easily take visitors to the park entrance.
Line 85 (Nijverdal – Hellendoorn Adventure Park)
From Nijverdal station, bus line 85 runs to the entrance of Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. There are 5 trips in the morning to the park, and 5 trips in the afternoon back to the station.
From Nijverdal station, the bus departs from the official public transport bus stop. The bus from Avonturenpark Hellendoorn departs from the official bus stop on the public road.
Line 86 (Holiday Parks – Ommen – Adventure Park Hellendoorn)
From campsites and holiday parks in Rheeze and Stegeren, holidaymakers can take bus line 86 directly to the entrance of the Adventure Park via Ommen station. The buses depart from the existing bus stops at the holiday parks. The bus from Adventure Park Hellendoorn departs from the official bus stop on the public road.
